Camp Staff: Trainee Manager

This is an initiative where students support the facilitation (end-to-end execution) of LALA’s Leadership Camps. The role responsibilities include facilitating, planning, instructional designing, managing, and much more. LALA Staff supervise the Trainee Managers, who manage coaches and participants during Camps and work alongside Facilitators.
